Return Policy
I gladly accept returns and exchanges.
If an item does not fit, please write a message and we can adjust accordingly,
Every item is different and processing post receiving items depends on the issues at hand.

Contact me within: 5 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exceptions: unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for Custom or personalized orders
Shipping Information
Each item will ship in a timely manner and little goodies are always included!!
I'm not responsible for shipping delays. Once an item has shipped, it is now in the hands of the postal service.
Custom orders will have a listing go up when complete for the final purchase and to cover shipping cost.
Photography Payment and Cancellation Policy
Bookings:

For all portrait sessions: a non-refundable session deposit is required to book and hold the date for your session and serves as a cancellation fee. However, the fee can be credited towards a future session upon the photographers approval. All remaining balances are due at the time of the session.

Cancellation Policy:
For all sessions, client forfeits their session deposit paid to book the session. As previously stated, the fee can be credited towards a future session if the client reschedules the appointment by calling 72 hours prior to the date of session and re-booking at an agreeable date and time.
